I recently finished a collection of jewelry that was inspired by my love of the Arctic and Antarctic (with a few local flora mixed in). This collection features a lot of Blue Opalized Wood that looks just like glacial ice--when I saw those stones, I knew exactly what I wanted to create with them. There are a few pieces that feature various fauna on the reverse, but overall I let the stones stand out--they truly are the focal beauty of these pieces.
