US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Items can be shipped worldwide with USPS First Class shipping and Delivery Confirmation. All items are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment clearing. Once a package has been shipped, it is out of my hands and I cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing items. However, if something is truly damaged or missing, please contact me as soon as possible to help resolve any issues.

If your shipping and billing address differ, please notify me by message.

Combined orders will be packaged together for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship via USPS Priority International and Global Express International with insurance for the full value of your purchase.

Please note that additional shipping, duties, and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer and not Catherine Chandler Jewelry. Custom authorities require that we state the full value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. On some occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS SHIPPED USPS INSURED DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

Should your package not arrive within a reasonable time frame and appears missing, Catherine Chandler Jewelry will file a claim with the carriers and go from there. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible with any issues.
