DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Catherine prides herself with selecting the high quality materials and giving great attention during the fabrication process of your chosen piece. We guarantee that our pieces are crafted with care, carefully inspected during the finishing process, and are free from known defects. We will repair or replace your piece of jewelry at no cost to you if we determine that the defect resulted during the fabrication process for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

WHAT IF I DAMAGE MY PIECE AND NEED REPAIR?                                            You can rest assured that if you accidentally damage your piece, Catherine will be glad to repair it. Once the damage is assessed a quote will be given for the cost of the repair. 

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE RING. CAN I GET IT RESIZED BY CATHERINE OR SHOULD I TAKE IT TO MY LOCAL JEWELER?

Please, please contact us! We understand how difficult it can be to buy a ring online and even the best intentioned partner can choose the wrong size. Due to the One-of-a-Kind nature of most of the rings, Catherine will need to assess the type of ring, stone, and how much sizing needs to be done. If the ring cannot be resized, a custom one may be able to be made in your size as an exchange.

Obtaining an accurate ring size can be difficult and we suggest that you be sized by your local jeweler prior to ordering a ring. A wide band in a size 6 will fit more snugly than a narrow band in the same size, so those factors must be considered. Other factors that can affect a ring fitting are time of year, temperature, salt intake, exercise, and travel. Please know that there is no such thing as a ring that fits perfectly at all times and under every condition. We will do our best to work with you to get the best fit possible. If you have any questions regarding ring sizing, please feel free to contact us!

THIS ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN YOU PROVIDE A GIFT MESSAGE?

We would love to provide a gift message for you! Just let us know what to say and we will include it in a lovely card. All items are shipped in a gift ready recycled paper box. You will receive an email order confirmation that will serve as your receipt. 

I'VE LOST AN EARRING. CAN I ORDER A REPLACEMENT?

If you've lost an earring, please contact us if you'd like to purchase a replacement. Since each earring is made by hand and often very unique, occasionally we may ask for you to send us the remaining earring for matching. If it is a stone earring, and is one of a kind, it make take some time to source a matching stone, or the remaining earring may need to be converted into a new piece of jewelry like a necklace.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOMER ORDERS?

Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis and all custom orders are non-returnable. Custom designs typically take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the availability of materials requested and the complexity of the piece. A deposit of 50% of the total price of your custom piece is required before beginning the project; this deposit is non refundable. The remaining amount is required upon completion and approval. Catherine is not currently accepting projects using stones provided by a customer due to liability reasons.
